The Final Event of the DISCE – Developing Inclusive and Sustainable Creative Economies  project reached our target audiences and has been well received by stakeholders!

The DISCE event “A call for more Inclusive Creative Economies” took place on Thursday March 3rd, 2022 from 14:00 – 17:30 CEST at the Aloft Hotel in Brussels and it is now available on DISCE’s online channels for you to watch.

The CUMEDIAE aisbl team welcomed representatives of the DISCE Consortium (University of TurkuKing’s College LondonGran Sasso Science InstituteStockholm School of Economics in Riga and CUMEDIAE) and the guest policy experts in Brussels, and coordinated the preparations, communication and stakeholder engagement, as well as the development of the event on the day.

Representing CUMEDIAE, Ignasi Guardans, CEO and Chairman, moderated Panel 3 of the event dedicated to “A policy framework in support of inclusive creative economies: Looking beyond Covid-19“.
The policy panel hosted policy experts in a high-level roundtable discussion about the future of CCIs after Covid-19 and the inclusivity and sustainability of  European cultural policy in support of creative economies.

CUMEDIAE’s Director of Strategy and Projects Stefanie Thomas delivered the conclusive remarks at the end of the Panel, winding up the event.
